Hypnosis this month at TCC will focus on Stress Relief, Relaxation, and guided Inner Child work.
Dayna will use hypnosis techniques to guide clients into a relaxed state where they can enjoy meditation relaxation techniques.
Dayna will facilitate very powerful Inner Child exploration. Re-connecting with your inner 5 or 6 yr old has proven, in her experience, to create a very safe powerful healing space for her clients.
